BuyBack Policy

You can sell your jewellery back to us, subject to the following conditions

• The product must have been brought from CaratCult.
• It should be initiated within 90 days of the invoice date
• Products with custom engravings are not eligible for buyback.
• Colored diamonds or products with colored diamonds are not eligible for buyback.
• The product must be returned in good condition without any damage or alteration along with all its original invoice and original certificates. 
• The product will undergo a quality inspection check and if it fails, it will be returned back to you after collecting shipping charges for the collection and return of the product from the customer.
• The buyback price will calculated as per the following details
  • 100% of the prevailing gold/silver value.
  • 70% of the diamond invoice value.
  • Making charges, taxes and reverse shipping charges will be deducted.
