Few products are eligible for resizing which will be indicated on each eligible product’s page along with details of what kind of resizing is possible.

All of the following conditions have to be met additionally for product to be eligible for resizing-

• Product must be brought from CaratCult, original invoice should be sent along with the product as a proof.
• Resizing must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Resizing is only applicable once per product.
• The difference in metal weight may lead to additional charges (if metal weight increases) or refund (if metal weight decreases) based on the prevailing market price of the metal at the time performing of size modification.
