We are committed to providing high-quality diamond jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility
The product return is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following requirements:
- The request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of the product delivery date.
- The original product must be returned with the tags intact and it must be handed over in its original packaging.
- All accompanying documents, including original certificates and the invoice, must be included.
- The item must be unused and in the exact condition as received. This means there should be no damage, alteration, scratches, or signs of wear and tear.
- No refund or return on products that feature custom engravings or any other form of permanent personalization.
- No refund or return on colored solitaires or products containing containing colored solitaires
Return Initiation and Inspection Process
- Initiation: Returns must be initiated either directly through our website's designated returns section or by contacting our customer service team via email. We will initiate the reverse pickup.
- Inspection: Once the returned item is received by us, it will undergo inspection by our quality assurance team to ascertain that it matches the exact specifications and condition in which it was shipped.
Refund Processing
- If the product successfully passes the required inspection, a full refund will be processed.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 working days from the date the inspection is approved.
